2    eggs, separated
2 cups    flour
1 tsp    baking powder
a pinch of    salt
2 cups    milk
oil
maple syrup

icing sugar
juice of 1/2    lemon

Plug in your waffle iron and let it heat up while you prepare the batter. Beat the egg whites until stiff. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt.
