Salmon with Mango will be on my list of dinners to prepare next week. If any of these larger broadcasting stations had any wits about them, they'd pick up the show and air it midday. I know lots of people who just despise the cooks on TV now. I've pulled up a couple of clips of The Urban Peasant and voila, you have people smiling and getting energized about cooking for themselves. Again, love the new site and the updated content! I really like the new layout of the site. Salmon with Mango will be on my list of dinners to prepare next week. I started searching for his receipes, and discovered he is deceased, what a loss to the cooking world. I just love his talking and presentations.
