I've had this cookbook since it first came out. The chicken wings are to die for and there are several other recipes in the book that I use all the time. Good food, simple and easy.

This was my first cookbook, along with Ginger Tea Makes Friends and Oh No Not the Frypan. The recipes never get dull, as so does James' wisdom. The most important lesson I have found, is to never get hung up on an ingredient that you either don't like or have none of. Through substitution, you gain more experience and find new avenues in cooking. Cheers!
